The Essentials - The Essentials are a Toronto-based acappella group that has moved from their beginnings in the parking lot of the Merla Mae Ice Cream Parlour in London, Ontario to international acclaim as "one of the finest a cappella groups in the world". Their unique arrangements of songs from the 50's to present day have won the respect of fans everywhere. In 2007, The Essentials began recording what fans for years have been asking for: a Christmas CD! They released a 3-track single called Stocking Stuffer in November 2007. The CD was released to radio and played on dozens of radio stations from coast to coast. Before Christmas 2007 had even arrived, the CD was certified gold in Canada. Their full length Christmas CD, Remember December was released in November 2008. The album contains an original title track along with a few guest artists Ryan Malcolm, David Kalmusky, and BJ Harris. Hot on the trail of their latest CD, The Essentials are busy writing their 2010 yet untitled original CD.

Andrei Krylov is a Russian born Canadian guitarist/composer and poet. He studied classical guitar, arrangement and composition in St.Petersburg, Russia and is now living in Ottawa/Gatineau region of Canada. In the 1980's and 1990's he worked as a guitarist for the Russian State concert company Lenconcert and the Old Petersburg music theatre. Since 1998 he has lived and composed music in Canada. He has given recitals in Russia, Ukraine, Estonia, USA and Canada. Andrei has recorded and performed for Russian, US and Canadian radio and television. He wrote original New Flamenco and New Age music for films in Russia and the USA. His music has been featured in Time magazine. To date, he has published 32 CDs (available at iTunes, Amazon, Emusic etc.) with Renaissance, Classical, Modern and his own guitar music.
