Laurie Nelson Metcalfe, Ontario, vocalist Laurie Nelson has been gifted with one of those great voices you hear every now and then. A frequent guest on CBC Radio programs and a frequent performer at the Canada Day celebrations on Parliament Hill, Laurie Nelson has shared the stage with Tony Bennett, Dionne Warwick and Celine Dion. With Art Lawless on piano, and other guest jazz and lounge musicians she can brilliantly recreate the sounds of Benny Goodman, Artie Shaw, Cole Porter and George Gershwin.
Sylvie Gunette Sylvie has found her niche in the traditional Jazz genres of the 1930s, 40s, and 50s. She now has a duo project with a talented Jazz pianist and will occasionally bring in other featured musicians to join her for special venues. She is well recognized for the passion she demonstrates while singing and virtually living the lyrics to the songs.
